Directions:
Traveling North on I-75
Take the Liberty Way Exit (24). Turn right off the exit onto Liberty Way then right onto Cox Rd. at the first traffic light. At the 2nd traffic light, take a right onto Discovery Dr. and follow Discovery Dr. until it dead ends at UC Health Physicians Office. Parking is available on your left and right.
Traveling South on I-75
Take the Liberty Way Exit (24). Turn left onto Liberty Way then right onto Cox Rd. At the 2nd traffic light, take a right onto Discovery Dr. and until it dead-ends at UC Health Physicians Office. Parking is available on your left and right.
From Interstate I-275 East and West
Take I-75 north exit off I-275 and follow directions above for traveling north on I-75.
From Route 129 Veterans Highway
Traveling East on Rt. 129, take Liberty Way Exit (25A) off Veterans Highway. Turn left onto Liberty Way then right onto Cox Rd. At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Discovery Dr. and follow until it dead-ends at UC Health Physicians Office. Parking is available on your left and right.
From Liberty Way
Turn onto Cox Rd. Then right onto Discovery Dr. Follow Discovery Dr. until it dead-ends at the UC Health Physicians Office. Parking is available on your left and right.
Traveling North on I-71
Take Western Row Rd. exit. (King’s Island exit). Turn Left onto Western Row Rd. Western Row will become Tylersville Rd. Continue straight on Tylersville Rd. crossing over Mason-Montgomery and State Rte. 42 (Reading Rd.). Turn right onto Cox Rd. From Cox Rd. go to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Discovery Dr. Follow Discovery Dr. until it dead-ends at the UC Health Physicians Office. Parking is available on your left and right.
Traveling South on I-71
Take Kings Mill Rd. exit (Beach Water Park exit). Turn left off exit onto Kings Mill Rd. At the 3rd traffic light turn right onto King’s Island Dr. Go to approximately the 4th traffic light and turn right onto Western Row Rd (which becomes Tylersville Road) and follow to Cox Road. From Cox Rd. go to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Discovery Dr. Follow Discovery Dr. until it dead-ends at the UC Health Physicians Office. Parking is available on your left and right.

Take Reading Rd. exit. Go north on Reading to Martin Luther King Dr. (7th stoplight). Turn left on Martin Luther King and continue for several blocks to Eden Ave. Turn right on Eden - You'll see the UC Health Physicians Office ahead on the right. Traveling South on I-71:
Take William Howard Taft Rd. (Exit 3). Follow William Howard Taft to Eden Ave. Turn right and stay on Eden for several blocks. After crossing Martin Luther King Dr., you'll see the UC Health Physicians Office ahead on the right. The parking garage is on the right underneath the building.

After crossing the Ohio river, take the Liberty St. exit. Turn right at end of the ramp onto Reading Rd.
