Henry Ford Hospital has two audiology testing sites. Please see below for directions to each site.
Sommerville Audiology
Address: 23233 Nine Mack Drive, Saint Clair Shores, MI 48080
Driving Directions to Sommerville Audiology from I-94:
Take exit 227 for 9 Mile Rd.
Turn onto E 9 Mile Rd— this will be a RIGHT turn if you were travelling North on I-94, and a LEFT turn if you were travelling South on I-94.
Turn right onto 9 Mack Dr.
Destination will be on your right. Sommerville Audiology is the corner office.
Parking Information:
There is a large parking lot in front of the office where you can park for free. There is handicap parking available.
Driving Directions to Sommerville Audiology from I-94:

Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital
Address: 6777 West Maple Road, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48322
Once there, please proceed to the Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital Audiology reception desk for check-in; the Audiology Department is located on the 2nd floor.
Driving Directions to Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital:
From North: Take I-75 South to I-696 West. Take I-696 West to the Orchard Lake Road exit, and turn right on Orchard Lake Road. Go north 3 miles to Maple Road and turn left. Pass through the roundabouts at Farmington and Drake Roads. After the Drake roundabout, the hospital will be on the left.
From South: Take M-10/Lodge North, to I-696 West, which exits to the left. Exit at Orchard Lake Road, and turn right. Go north 3 miles to Maple Road and turn left. Pass through the roundabouts at Farmington and Drake Roads. After the Drake roundabout, the hospital will be on the left.
From West: Take I-696 East to M-5 North (at the I-275 junction). Follow M-5 North 3 miles to Maple Road and turn right. Proceed on Maple 2 miles, the hospital will be on your right.
From East: Take I-696 West to the Orchard Lake Road exit, and turn right on Orchard Lake Road. Go north 3 miles to Maple Road and turn left. Pass through the roundabouts at Farmington and Drake Roads. After the Drake roundabout, the hospital will be on the left.

All self-parking at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is free. Self parking areas are available near the Main entrance and at the Josephine Ford Cancer Institute entrance.
