St. Louis University Medical Center (SLU) has two audiology testing sites. Please scroll down for directions to each site.
Information for SLU - Main Campus

The Audiology Department is located in Suite 312 of the Doctors Office Building.

Doctor’s Office Building at Saint Louis University:
Coming from either Eastbound or Westbound I-64/US-40, take the Grand Blvd. exit. Go left onto S. Grand, then turn right on Vista. The building is at 3660 Vista Ave., on your left. Vista Ave. Parking Garage is immediately before the building.
Parking Information:
Please use the Vista Ave. Parking Garage next to the Doctors Office Building. Your parking ticket will be stamped by the audiology department and you will not need to pay for parking. (Study will not cover valet parking.)

The testing at SLU Mercy Medical Center will be in Tower A, Suite 482.

Coming eastbound on I-64/US-40, take exit 26 for Ballas Rd. Turn left on N Ballas Rd. Turn left onto Von Gontard Drive to enter the Mercy Hospital Complex (see map). Park in the Medical Towers Garage or in the parking lot across from the valet parking circle. Enter the Medical Tower A building at the main entrance, near the valet parking. Take the Tower A elevators directly in front of you to the 4th floor for Suite 482.
From the east:
Coming westbound on I-64/US-40, take exit 26 for Ballas Rd. Turn right on N Ballas Rd. Turn left onto Von Gontard Drive to enter the Mercy Hospital Complex (see map). Park in the Medical Towers Garage or in the parking lot across from the valet parking circle. Enter the Medical Tower A building at the main entrance, near the valet parking. Take the Tower A elevators directly in front of you to the 4th floor for Suite 482.
From the South:
Take I-270 N to eastbound I-64/US-40. Take the Ballas Rd exit 26, turn left on N Ballas Rd. Turn left onto Von Gontard Drive to enter the Mercy Hospital Complex (see map). Park in the Medical Towers Garage or in the parking lot across from the valet parking circle. Enter the Medical Tower A building at the main entrance, near the valet parking. Take the Tower A elevators directly in front of you to the 4th floor for Suite 482.
From the North:
Take I-270 S to eastbound I-64/US-40. Take the Ballas Rd exit 26, turn left on N Ballas Rd. Turn left onto Von Gontard Drive to enter the Mercy Hospital Complex (see map). Park in the Medical Towers Garage or in the parking lot across from the valet parking circle. Enter the Medical Tower A building at the main entrance, near the valet parking. Take the Tower A elevators directly in front of you to the 4th floor for Suite 482.
