When you enter the building, take the stairs or elevator to the upper level, where you will see a registration desk. Tell the receptionist you have an appointment as part of the CHEARS study.

Long Island Expressway Eastbound - Exit 33
Make a right at the first light onto Lakeville Road. One mile south, make a right into the LIJ complex. Once you make the right into the complex, we are the first building on the left. You will need to drive up towards the main hospital and make a u-turn (follow signs for Hearing and Speech Center). The number on the building is 430.
Long Island Expressway Westbound - Exit 33
Make a left at the second light onto Lakeville Road. One mile south, make a right into the LlJ complex. Once you make the right into the complex, we are the first building on the left. You will need to drive up towards the main hospital and make a u-turn (follow signs for Hearing and Speech Center). The number on the building is 430.
Grand Central Parkway to Northern State Parkway Eastbound - Exit 25
Make a right at the first light and move over to the left lane. At the next light, make a left. Go to the second light and make a right into LlJ the complex. Once you make the right into the complex, we are the first building on the left. You will need to drive up towards the main hospital and make a u-turn (follow signs for Hearing and Speech Center). The number on the building is 430.
Northern State Parkway Westbound - Exit 25 South
Bear right to third light and make a right into the LIJ Complex. Once you make the right into the complex, we are the first building on the left. You will need to drive up towards the main hospital and make a u-turn (follow signs for Hearing and Speech Center). The number on the building is 430.
Parking Information:
Free Patient Parking is available adjacent to our building. The entrance to our lot is just past the Parking Garage.
